Visitor and enquiry privacy notice

This notice covers public mbc websites: browsing and enquiries about the club, an event or access to the app. The paid member account has a separate privacy policy.
Who is responsible

Information received
Your name and the contact details you provide: phone, email or Telegram. Depending on the form, this includes your city, product, plan or message. The enquiry page and campaign UTM tags may also be recorded. Hosting processes IP addresses and technical information to deliver and protect the website. The phone code may be suggested using hosting-provided country information; you can change it manually.
Purposes and legal bases
Replying to your enquiry, arranging a meeting and discussing membership are steps you request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Website security and evidence of handling an enquiry rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)); legally required records rely on Article 6(1)(c), where applicable. Analytics and advertising technologies require your separate consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional messages or a paid plan.
Recipients
Authorised club staff and the selected city team receive enquiries in club.mbcua.com CRM. A notification may also reach a team Telegram group. The app marketing website keeps a technical receipt and delivery status. Milan forum enquiries also go to Amplo CRM. Website hosting uses OpenAI Sites / Cloudflare; Axiomativ maintains the CRM using Vercel and Supabase infrastructure. When analytics or advertising is allowed, Google and Meta receive visit information; form contact details are not included in those events.
Countries and external links
The team and service providers may process information in Ukraine, the EU, the US and other countries where their infrastructure operates. EU CRM hosting does not mean all processing stays in the EU. Ask max@mbcua.com for recipient details and the applicable arrangements for international transfers. Instagram, Telegram and payment services also have their own rules when you follow their links. Purchase terms appear in the relevant offer and at checkout.
Retention
Retention depends on whether your enquiry remains under discussion, whether a contract follows and whether records are needed for legal obligations or legal claims. A uniform calendar period and automatic cleanup for unconverted enquiries have not yet been established. This does not authorise indefinite marketing. You can ask us to review continued retention or erase information; legally required records may be retained separately.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, a copy, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where the law provides, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdraw analytics and advertising consent through the cookie settings at the bottom of the site; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact max@mbcua.com. Where GDPR / UK GDPR applies, you may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including where you live. We need a contact channel to answer your enquiry; browsing does not require submitting a form.
